The benefits of having a new boiler fitted!
All new boilers fitted after April 1st 2005 are required to be Condensing boilers, reason being due to the rising levels of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere.
Condensing boilers may cost more than a ordinary boiler but they produce less carbon dioxide than a ordinary boiler and convert 86% or more of the fuel they use into heat.
All boilers fitted now must have a Seasonal Efficiency of Domestic Boilers in the UK (SEDBUK) Rating of A-B this meaning they have an efficiency rating of 86% to 90% or above.
New Condensing boilers have been known now to save up to 40% on your gas bill, giving you great incentive to change your existing original boiler and upgrade with a new Condensing boiler saving you £££s.
Boiler Packages From JGS
Our Valiant combi for combi boiler packages include 7 Thermostatic radiator valves, one in line limescale water filter, one filling loop, One VRT392f wireless programmable room thermostat and one 22mm Magna Clean heating filter.
These prices are all subject to a JGS visit of the property to make sure that the installation can be carried out to all current regulations. Regarding the termination of the flue, condense pipe outlet and termination and the existing Gas pipe supply as this may need upgrading.

Prices for open vent and system boilers can be discussed on a visit to the property.
JGS would recommend when having a new boiler installed, having the existing heating system chemically power flushed.
Boiler Warranty and Gas Safe Register Notification
All boilers come with a one year warranty, they are also notified on the gas safe register list so when it comes to a point that you would like to sell your property you can include the boiler in the home owners pack.
